1 pound salmon
Herb seasoning, garlic, basil, lemon pepper, pinch of cinnamon
Salt, pepper
1 yellow onion
1 bunch of kale
Rinse salmon and put 1 tbsp seasoning on top. Place on grill skin side down on med/high for about 15 minutes. You do not need to flip salmon, the skin will fall off or peel off once it’s done cooking. While fish is cooking, chop onion and kale. Place onion in skillet with some coconut oil or olive oil. After about 5 minutes, add the kale and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Add garlic, basil, lemon pepper, cinnamon or any herb that suits you. Herb blends are often quite good and are found in the grocery store, get one without added salt.
Once salmon is done, check the middle to make sure it’s not pink. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add salt to taste on the kale as well and serve . |
"A man can be as great as he wants to be. If you believe in yourself and have the courage, the determination, the dedication, the competitive drive and if you are willing to sacrifice the little things in life and pay the price for the things that are worthwhile, it can be done."
